"Pray in the Spirit at all times, with every kind of prayer and petition. To this end, stay alert with all perseverance in your prayers for all the saints" - Ephesians 6:18 (NIV).
Should one pray only at a particular hour and in a certain direction, common to followers of Mohamed! Are the prayers of believers for public display! Perhaps some scriptures might help us here “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him" (Mat 6:5-8).
Our prayers are private petitions to God. At anytime it is up to any of us to present them to the Almighty. He answers them not so much because of our theatrics but because He first loved us (I John 4:19).
Prayer for today: Lord Father God of heaven and earth, today I come to you in confidence, that you are good and able to hear all my prayers at any time of the day, or, anywhere; for your kingdoms sake.
