When you have been locked down in a dark hole for weeks and the economy is collapsing fear can take over. Without ongoing income and all opportunities dried up you wonder how you really can pull over.

Initially there was panic when the lockdown was being announced driving many to hoard foodstuffs to get them through. However, after the lockdown there is yet a greater threat. Many jobs have disappeared and people’s earnings are precarious.

All around us we are going to find the economy much shattered. Businesses once thriving now shut down. With no monthly income, bills piling, some may lose hope as to how they wil ever get through.

This is where faith in a good God comes through. Just as there is no loving father who can abandon a child to suffer needlessly our father in heaven will not let any of his children down. The means maybe different but He will see us all His children well taken care of.

The last thing therefore is to lose faith. God will not abandon you for you are His child and He loves you.

Prayer: Lord Father in heaven, today I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that no matter the discouraging circumstances around I never lose faith that you will take care of all my needs!
